Tres demandas que buscan anular su reelecci\u00f3n como personero distrital encara William Matson Ospino.<\/p>\n

Una de ellas, la instaurada por el abogado y ex candidato a la Alcald\u00eda Fabio Castellanos Herrera, fue admitida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Bol\u00edvar, pero no se le concedi\u00f3 la medica cautelar para suspender al funcionario.<\/p>\n

El demandante considera que la reelecci\u00f3n de Matson fue ilegal y sostiene que \u201cal revisar qui\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 las entrevistas se constata la grosera v\u00eda de hecho administrativa. El concejo distrital que cumpl\u00eda sus finciones hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2015 y que era representado por la Mesa Directiva, sin absoluta competencia temporal para hacer este tr\u00e1mite vici\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 183 del 2015 y esta a su vez contamina el acto de elecci\u00f3n del 8 de febrero de 2016\u201d.<\/p>\n

Las otras dos demandas est\u00e1n en proceso de admisi\u00f3n. Se trata de las entabladas por Michael Alberto Pacheco Altamar y Jos\u00e9 Luis Ortega De La Hoz, que tiene como ponente a la magistrada Hirina Meza Rhenals, por una parte, y de otra la interpuesta por Janny Mar\u00eda Aguas Rodr\u00edguez, que tiene como magistrado ponente a Jos\u00e9 Fern\u00e1ndez Osorio.<\/p>\n
